Asher is back! Oh wait...
As you can see, it runs in the family.
NO Asher, this does not give you the green light to keep long hair again - you see, it doesn't have to cover the eyes:
Yes, so one cousin is back!
Joy abounds. We had good dinner last night @ the Lim's (sans Joshua, busy saving the world). Some Happy Crab and Kickapoo, and Nik is a joyful person. Come back soon boys! You don't know what you're missing lol.
Some other pics for the weekend:
And the best of all, a tribute to Kor Kor Jose:

overdue!
BS outing post-family camp!
Seeing this chinese opera reminded me of beijing :)
And for some reason, I was rather amused by this whole line of cement mixers queuing up outside school after i left camp briefing for Max's bday LAN
And guess who I saw at the bday LAN? my school friends who were at the meeting - LOL.
Nice view from the Helipad @ central :)

Life
This is the first time I have ever heard of something as lame as this, and the best part, it was during Bible Study.
Question: "Why are grasshoppers and giants used in the Bible?"
Lame crap answer: "Because they both start with G"
Now the answer shall forever haunt your taunted minds, at least with the laughter of a joke so bad, it could make you laugh till your stomach ached.
Isn't Life great? - And for all those who didn't know, Uncle Kwong's 60th birthday was yesterday, so wish him a happy birthday.
Or was it 50th?
Alden was here.

oops!
there's too many beijing photos to upload, so i will put them up on facebook! in the meantime, enjoy some family camp goodness:
we went to this street where we had chicken rice balls. i personally thought the food wasn't very good, but i guess it's because it was a tourist-ised place. maybe the real stuff tastes better! then we had chendol at this old skool place:
i must say, and i am blatantly publicizing camp here, but if you get the chance, really do go for family camp. it's really awesome! other than the great messages and services (which should be the main reason you go), there's lots of things to enjoy. Good fun with friends, new foods, shopping (though i only bought a belt), swimming (see aaron's blog) and so on! i remember jon tan saying he felt like a kid again. HAHA!
so reverse ageing by going family camp!
And just to top it off (post-camp), a beautiful sunset while i was jogging. yes, i am going for an SAF holiday in a week's time. prayer appreciated! must get silver for ippt lol, then i can consider buying an ipod touch for tap tap revenge! HAHA
how apt it was that Ateh Doris' message today talked a bit about God's glory revealed in creation.
ah yes, please pray for the cebu team!

Iceland 1
Alas, the land of puffins, whales, volcanoes, waterfalls and ice: iceland. Good lamb and good fish, though like all scandinavian countries, the price of food isn't cheap. Drove on the left, had a dip in the hot spring swimming pools and had great tasting charr, monkfish, cod, minke whale and lamb! Finally, mineral water!!!!
Old Harbor - Revjavik
Cod - Prawn - Monkfish - Whale - lobster soup too!
sejlandland foss
Skagafoss
Icelandic Lutheran Church
Grilled Charr - great tasting goodness
Taking some mineral water from the waterfalls
Walking behind the same waterfall
Walking on the rainbow
